- Provide janitorial service at the Federal Aviation Administration Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility 22 Research Park Court, St. Charles, Missouri, (36,850 square feet and 100 square feet guard building (not attached)). Services are to be provided seven (07) day of week. Provide janitorial service at the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Traffic Control Tower, 18240 Edison Ave, Chesterfield, Missouri (5097 square feet).PProvide janitorial service Federal Aviation Administration Airport Traffic Control Tower, 10789 Lambert International Blvd, Bridgeton, Missouri (22,850 square feet) SEBD 8(a) Set Aside NAICS 561720 To be considered for award of this project the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: www.ccr.gov) To be placed on the mailing list, please submit a request in writing via e-mail to c.o.shepard@faa.gov or fax to (816) 329-3137. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization has programs to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and control by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire capital and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible prime and sub-contractor at any tier. The DOT bonding assistance program enable firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on bond amount to surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT short term receivable financing. The maximum line of credit of $750,000.
