- 10-R-0035J&A Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the procurement of (28) Camera RFI Filters, P/N: RF16455, (23) Power Box Filters, P/N: RF16391, (28) Curbside RFI Filters, P/N: RF16052, (28) Roadside RFI Filters, P/N: RF16053-1, and (28) Blue Force Tracker Antenna RFI Filters, P/N: RF16578. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agencys needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a limited basis with RFI Corporation, 100 Pine Aire Drive, Bay Shore, NY 11706-1107, Cage Code: 13619 and Hi-Voltage & EMI Corporation, 93 Stone Lane, Levittown, NY 11756-1053, Cage Code: 3DX55 in which a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-10-R-0035 will be released O/A 7 June 2010, Closing date: O/A 21 June 2010. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
