- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: Item 0001: Maintenance & Support on Financial Investigation System 6.0, including all tech calls and upgrades from 9/30/10 - 9/29/11Item 0002: Parser Library for Financial Investigation System 6.0 from 9/30/10 - 9/29/11Item 0003: Parsers for Financial Investigation System 6.0, qty of 200Item 0004: Read-Only License to enable users to read and monitor data, pull reports and conduct queries in the Financial Investigation System 6.0 In accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the DEA intends to issue a purchase order under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 (June 2008) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 (Jan 1999) Evaluation-Commercial Items - Delivery and Price will be considered; 52.212-3 (Aug 2009) Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 (Jun 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 (July 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The additional clauses cited within this clause are applicable: 52.222-50, 52.233-3, 52.233-4, 52.203-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-31, 52.232-33. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order. All sources s! hall submit a quote which will be evaluated. The deadline for questions is 7/23/10 at 10:00am. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. Closing date for receipt of quotes is August 3, 2010 at 10:00am.
