- RFQ for Replace Floor Covering and Relocate Furniture in Building 430, Area C, Aviano AB. REFERENCE NUMBER/NUMERO RIFERIMENTO: FA5682F1F3A20148A005 DATE/DATA: 19 JULY 2010 REQUIREMENT/OGGETTO: Project: REPLACE FLOOR COVERING AND RELOCATE FURNITURE. The purpose of this project is to furnish all labor, materials, and transportation to replace floor covering and relocate furniture on second floor in Building 430, Area C, Aviano Air Base, Italy. "Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation to award this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this requirement and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. No award will be made until funds are available. The Governments reserves the rights to cancel this request, either before or after the closing date, with no obligation to the offeror." ********* PROGETTO: AMMODERNAMENTO IMPIANTO LUCI ESISTENTE: Lo scopo di questo progetto è quello di fornire tutte manodopera, materiali e mezzi di trasporto in sostituzione di copertura del suolo e spostare mobili al secondo piano in costruzione 430, Area C, Base di Aviano, Italia. "Al momento i fondi per questa richiesta non sono disponibili. L'obbligo del Governo, dipende dalla disponibilita' dei fondi appropriati con i quali il pagamento deve essere effettuato. Il Governo Americano non ha nessun obbligo legale per alcun pagamento fino a quando i fondi, per la richiesta in oggetto, sono messi a disposizione dell'Ufficiale Contraente e fino a quando l'Appaltatore riceve la notizia di tale disponibilita', che dovra' essere confermata per iscritto dall'Ufficiale Contraente. Il Governo Americano si riserva il diritto di cancellare questa richiesta prima o dopo la data di chiusura della stessa, senza nessun obbligo verso gli offerenti."
