- IT Ashore Operations Support Services to ensure operational availability of MSC's IT systems worldwide. IT Ashore Operations Support Services will assist N6 in merging the physical, financial, contractual, and performance attributes of its IT investments to enable cost-efficient, timely business decisions. These services include but are not limited to assisting in developing, documenting, implementing and maintaining IT Governance processes relative to Datacenter Operations Support (Unclassified/Classified), Desktop Support, Global Service Desk Support, Military Sealift Command Disaster Recovery Site Support, and Telecommunications Support. The award is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with firm fixed-price and/or firm fixed-price level-of-effort task orders for a base period of one year plus four one-year option periods.
