- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for indefinite quantity purchase orders under the FAR Simplified Acquisition Procedures for construction inspections services for Program 202 (Elderly) and 811 (Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities) for the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island. New construction and reserve replacement inspections are needed. Single or multiple (no greater than four) indefinite quantity purchase orders are anticipated. The cumulative combined maximum on all Purchase Orders is not to exceed $100,000 for a 12 month ordering period and an option for another 12 month period. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541310 with a size standard of $4.5 Million average annual receipts for past 3 years. The RFQ will be available approximately 15 days after this notice and will be posted to this web site.
