- STATEMENT OF WORK Office of Internal Affairs U.S. Customs and Border Protection San Diego, California OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE This requirement is to procure secure indoor parking permits/spaces for use by Special Agents located at 401 West A Street, San Diego, California 92101. The requirement is for nine (9) non-reserved parking spaces for government-owned vehicles driven by said Special Agents. Location shall be available for use 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the tenant monthly rate. The parking garage shall have reserved handicap spaces. The spaces shall house official government-owned vehicles at agents' work location. Garage shall have stairwells and elevators available as well as adequate lighting and security. Parking garage shall use surveillance equipment 24 hours a day/7days a week to ensure safety of vehicles, sensitive equipment within said vehicles, and their drivers/passengers. SCOPE 1. Tasks: Provide nine (9) secure indoor spaces/parking permits for government-owned vehicles driven by Special Agents of the Office of Internal Affairs, San Diego Field Office, providing surveillance and security. 2. Deliverables: Indoor secure monthly parking for government-owned vehicles, parking passes for Special Agents. 3. Estimated Cost Breakout (including applicable fees): Nine (9) parking spaces @ _____Month = _________/month beginning Julyl 1, 2010. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Base Period: August 1, 2010- July 31, 2011
