- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/PKOA anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of preventive maintenance, remedial maintenance, and technical support for two IE390 Test Stations at Robins Air Force Base located in GA. The award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price Contract.The services will be IAW Performance work Statement dated 21 June 2010 which will be included in the Request for Proposal. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, IE Services, LLC, CAGE:5WNM8, IAW FAR 6.302-1. A Request For Proposal will be posted on or approximately 30 July 2010. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
