- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order with options under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-08-G-0010, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT for the removal of two (2) Temporary DAMA SATCOM systems from VH-60N aircraft in support of the CSU Program; and installation of two (2) Permanent DAMA SATCOM kits on VH-60N aircraft. SAC, as the original equipment manufacturer, is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and proprietary technical data to perform the required effort and provide the required materials within the timeframe to support mission operational status.
