- DESC: Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside for Belly Band Assy, Insulated, NSN: 4240-01-578-8035, P/N: 5-19-14607, Vestibule Liner Ext Type I, NSN: 4240-01-578-8037, P/N: 5-19-14600, and Vestibule Liner Type II, NSN: 4240-01-578-8036, P/N: 5-19-14604. Requirements are 298 each for Belly Band Assy, 8 each for Vestibule Liner Type I and 12 each for Vestibule Liner Type II. All items will include a 100% 365 day option. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 03 Aug 10. Technical requirements of this item require specialized equipment and skills used to join saranex-to-saranex seams and to join saranex to the coextruded flange. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
