Description: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing and general operation and maintenance services for Alum Creek Lake, Lewis Center, Ohio. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated, Not-To-Exceed (NTE) $435,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional one-year options. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Performance; (C) Management Plan; and (D) Equipment. Factors A through C are equal in importance and Factor D is significantly less important than A through C. Award shall be made to the offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government.
