Description
The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a regional contract for Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL) services. The contractor shall provide Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL) Services for Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and their clinics located within the Northern Region Medical Command (NRMC) and the National Capital Area (NCA) outlined below: Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC), Washington DC; National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC), Bethesda, MD; DeWitt Army Community Hospital, Ft Belvoir, VA; Malcolm Grow Medical Center, MD; Andrews Air Force Base, MD; Kimbrough Army Community Hospital, Ft Meade, MD; Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC; Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care Clinic, Fort Drum, NY; McDonald Army Community Hospital, Fort Eustis, VA; Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY, Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee, VA; Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, NY. This contract will cover all branch of service MTFs. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 621111 and the small business size standard is $10.0 million. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Industry comments on the draft PWS are appreciated. Please be advised that because this PWS is a rough draft, it will constantly change based on industry and government input. The draft solicitation for this requirement will be issued on or about 05 August 2010. The Government will use best value source selection procedures and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of this solicitation. Any questions must be in writing and may be e-mailed to byron.bracey@us.army.mil or donna.griffith1@us.army.mil. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx. An Industry Day for this requirement is scheduled for 1000-1300 hours on Monday, 09 August 2010 at the North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office. All vendors interested in attending Industry Day are encouraged to attend but must register in advance by email message to Mr. Bracey and Ms. Griffith by Tuesday, 03 August 2010. The Government reserves the right to amend the RFP based upon responses to the PWS and questions and concerns raised by contractors during the Industry Day,
