- This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details of a Dock Bumper 10' length requirement for Request For Quotation (RFQ) # Q6820100255 may be viewed. This RFQ includes the specification/drawing and Instruction to offerors listed as an attachment. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation.
