Description

Amendment to synopsis is being issued to change issue date to read 7/30/10 and closeing date is now 8/30/10. Everything else remains unchanged. NSN 4730-01-399-7521; Frame Assembly, Duct Storage, I/A/W approved source of supply Engineered Air Systems (90598) P/N 62778-100. This is an unrestricted acquisition, other than full and open competition applies. This is for a Long Term Contract with 1 base yr and 1 option yr. Total quantity is 87 each per year shipping to stock locations. Note 26; the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement within 15 days of this notice. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested is 240 days. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Destination are required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
