- The FedBizOpps notice is hereby amendment to include the following instructions for the submission of the Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, as well as any other relevant information/documentation that firms may decide to include as part of their submission: Option 1: Submission by Courier. Packages may be submitted by Federal Express to the address listed below, and by the date and time specified: Robert Lindquist, Global Financial Services - Charleston Office of Administrative Operations 1969 Dyess Avenue N. Charleston, SC 29405 Phone: 843-706-0540 Packages submitted to the above address by Federal Express must be in a sealed envelope, marked with the solicitation number (S-AQMMA-10-R-0326). Make sure to address the package to Mr. Robert Lindquist. Packages must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. local (Charleston, SC) time on August 27, 2010. No packages will be accepted after this time. Due to security restrictions for entry into our facility compound, hand-delivered packages will not be permitted. Additionally, keep in mind that packages must be received by our mail room no later than the time and date specified above. Federal Express makes one daily delivery to our facility, and our mail room signs for the entire delivery at the time it's made. Daily delivery times vary, so make sure that you submit your package far enough in advance to ensure it is received at our facility within the specified time. It's recommended that deliveries are scheduled to arrive at our facility prior to the August 27, 2010 due date, in the event that Federal Express makes its daily delivery after 4:00 p.m. on August 27, 2010. There is no flexibility in receiving packages that arrive at our facility after the stated date/time. Option 2: Submission by e-mail: Packages may also be submitted to me directly by e-mail at the following e-mail address: lindquistra@state.gov As with Option 1, packages submitted by e-mail must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on August, 27, 2010." The subject line should read "Response to Solicitation Number S-AQMMA-10-R-0326. Keep in mind that the 4:00 p.m. deadline is not based on the time that the e-mail is submitted. The e-mail must be received on our server no later than 4:00 p.m. For this reason, it's recommended that you submit your package sufficiently in advance, in the event that there is a delay from the time the e-mail is sent by your server, and when it's received by our server. Additional Information: For either option above, one copy of the SF-330 will be sufficient.
