- Description
- The acquisition of sixty three (63) Voltage Transducers to support Code 952 was awarded sole source LEM USA Inc. This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement (FAR 6.302-1) The items being procured will interface with a Data Acquisition System for recording and analyzing transients as required by the DDG-1000 program. NSWC will benefit from the transducers accuracy of 0.1% and a sufficient bandwidth to capture events at 100 KHz. Furthermore the utilizing of the transducers which are already in use will solidify performance and reliability. The delivery of these items is 25-Oct-2010.
