- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F1R31B0194A001. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. The NAICS Code is 423690; this is an unrestricted set aside. The purchase will be for Motorola APX 7000 Portable Radios. QTY: 5 0006 - G996; ADD: PROGRAMMING OVER P25 (OTAP). QTY: 5 0007 - QA00582; ALT: LIION IMPRES 4100 MAH FM IP67. QTY: 5 0008- Q947; ADD: RADIO PACKET DATA.
