Bid Package Info RECOVERY - Abatement Package Request for Bids in Conjunction with the Jackson Federal Building Design-Build Modernization Project, Seattle, Washington THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY TO ALERT INTERESTED PARTIES OF THE FOLLOWING SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY OFFERED BY THE DESIGN-BUILD AWARDEE FOR CONTRACT GS-10P-09-LT-C-0114: Bid Package Demolition & Abatement - Abatement and demolition scope to support mechanical, electrical and lighting work for a lump sum base scope plus unit rates for additional work. This package will be awarded on a best value basis at the Contractor's sole determination. See attached documents for additional details and information. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BEING OFFERED BY THE PRIME CONTRACTOR, HOWARD S. WRIGHT COMPANIES, A WASHINGTON JOINT VENTURE, FOR THE DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN PLACE FOR THE JACKSON FEDERAL BUILDING MODERNIZATION PROJECT IN SEATTKE, WASHINGTON.
