- Amendment #0002 to QS-LCLSC10R0092 clarifies the requirement in Section C.2, C.3 and Section M.4C. Closing date has NOT been extended. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. The Library of Congress currently has twenty-one (21) microfilm reader printers and five (5) digital scanners in its Newspaper & Current Periodical Room. This contract will provide maintenance and repair services to these machines to ensure that at least 90 percent of the equipment in the Newspaper & Current Periodicals reading Room is operating properly during all hours of public service.
