- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. THIS NOTICE IS IN REFEENCE TO THE PRE-AWARD NOTICE AND THE AWARD NOTICE. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING AWARDED UNDER THE GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. In accordance with FAR Part 5.7, Publicizing Requirements Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, this is a notification that the Center for Information Technology (CIT), National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to award a competitively awarded, FIXED Price/Time and Material GSA Federal Supply Schedule Award, entitled - ARRA RECOVERY- Enterprise Service Bus Software Licenses. The purpose of this award is in support of the NIH mission. The TIBCO Software supports the information and decision support needs of the NIH community by providing access to enterprise data using the latest Business Intelligence products that integrate with current production architecture. This requirement represents updating the current software and annual maintenance and support agreement. This award will preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery as well as invest in transportation, environment protection and other infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits. This requirement is being processed for CIT by the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
