- Furnishing and placing crushed aggregate course on a prepared roadbed. Packsaddle Road is located in Bingham County, Idaho approximately 17.5 miles west northwest of Springfield, Idaho. The site is accessible via Coffee Pt. Road or No. 2 Well Road. Performance Period is 90 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://fbo.gov/ or http://fedconnect.net. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 19, 2010. Offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration database found at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications must be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov.
