- Paint 14 Vehicle gates and 17 Pedestrian gates in the fence around the White House, at President's Park, Washington, DC for the National Park Service. The principle work of this contract comprises the preparation and painting of United States Secret Service White House security fence gates in accordance with specifications and drawings. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. (Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.10) Accordingly, it is open to all small and large responsible offerors. All contractors experienced in this type of construction work may compete for this contract. Estimated project magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238320 with a small business size of $14.0 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of it's subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $14.0 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. An emerging small business is defined as a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to a contracting opportunity.
