- Attachment D _ Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment C - FRC Site Layout Attachment B - Wage Determination Attachment A - PWS HSFE01-10-Q-0009 The intention of this requirement is to obtain contracted grounds maintenance services to support DHS/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) located at 63 and 65 Old Marlboro Road, Maynard MA. The Contractor shall provide all support services as identified in the Performance Work Statement. The objective of this procurement is to obtain reliable, efficient and effective services to maintain a well manicured appearance to all the areas described in the Performance Work Statement. The resulting contract term will be from date of award for twelve (12) months with four (4) - one (1) year option periods. A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2010. Comments or correspondence must be submitted in accordance with information/instructions contained in the posting. All written correspondence must include company name, point of contact, announcement number, address, phone number, and email address. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available on Federal Business opportunities website. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote, in accordance with the solicitation, which shall be considered by the Agency. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 561730 Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $7.0 million. Interested Offerors shall submit quotations, no later than 4:30 pm EST, August 26, 2010 to the issuing office. Offerors must be actively registered with the CCR system prior to award per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102. Failure to be actively registered will result in disqualification from award consideration. Website is http://www.bpn.gov.
