- VA-241-RA-0333 PROJECT 631-09-102 Buildings 17 to 23 Fire Alarm Modifications NAICS: 238210 $14.0 SET-ASIDE: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES LOCATION: VAMC, 421 N. MAIN ST., LEEDS, MA 01053 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with the Public Law 109-461, Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006. Contractor must be registered in the Vetbiz database and in the Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for award. VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Both performance and payment bonds will be required. Contractor shall replace the fire alarm system in the existing Housing Quarters Buildings #17, #18, #19, #21, #22, and #23 at the VA Northampton Medical Center including removal and replacement of alarm panels, wiring, alarm units, fire alarm utilities between buildings, connection to an existing fire alarm system.
