- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Services Non-Personal, Non-Commercial: The Air Force intends to issue a sole source award to Quantum Data Metrics, 2010 Palsero Ave, Escondido, CA 92029-4212 for the following services: the contractor shall provide all labor, tools, test equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary to provide SATool Data Analysis Tool services, metric and depot data to support weapon system sustainment. Contractor collects data from Air Force sources and provides in one data point. SATool then enables users to manipulate data to various reports and journals. The period of performance is a 12 month service contract. The proposed basic period of performance is 30 Aug 2010 through 29 Aug 2011. The estimated award date is 30 Aug 2010. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered within 7 business days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
