- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to VIASAT Inc. Item 0001 MD-1324A IW MODEM with mounting tray, P/N 1092892 (1 each). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12.
