- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W911SG-10-T-0260 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This requirement is a Small Business Set Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. NAICS code is 721110. SINGLE SOLDIER RETREAT. Lodging, Quantity 24 rooms per night for 2 nights. Accomodations are for 20 August- 22 August 2010 (2 nights). Prices quote must include all applicable fees. Lodging is requested in the Fort Davis, TX area. See attached solicitation for more details. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors ; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. Evaluation criteria will be based on best value; Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are approximately equal to Price. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-4; Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
