Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION HIALEAH, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT : The US Government currently occupies 1,500 rentable square feet fully serviced. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for 1,500 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. LOCATION : Hialeah, FL DELINEATED AREA : WEST - Florida Turnpike NORTH - N.W. 139th Street EAST - 72nd Avenue SOUTH - 25th Street REQUIRED : All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet the Government fire/safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. LEASE TERM : The lease term will be 60 months.
