- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3C60195A003 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 423510, with number of employees not to exceed 100. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: QTY: 27 Galvanized Steel Culverts-36 inch x 30 ft (36"x30') F.O.B Destination is to Eielson AFB, AK. (End description). Delivery Date SHIP TO ADDRESS FOB____ 30 Days from Award 354 CES/CEOR DESTINATION 2721 CENTRAL AVE EIELSON AFB AK 99702 Quotes must be submitted and received no later than, Friday 10 September 2010, at 1200 hours (12:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time. Quotes may be e-mailed to the attention of primary P.O.C. listed below.
