Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-10-Q-0653 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, Defense Circular 20100802, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332311 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. (v) The requested equipment (or equal) is being procured for Soto Cano Air Base. (a) Insulation Lining System - Two part system that protects existing training tower. Insulation blanket inside with rigid panel outside. Insulation system shall provide total thermal break between building frame and outside training environment. Amount of insulation system shall be sufficient to line one room, 16'x 14'x 8.5' high ceilings. Insulation system shall be able to withstand a maximum of 2300 degrees Fahrenheit. -1 ea. (b) Thermocouples (attachment devices) to secure insulation system to existing pyrometer. -3 ea. (c) Any shipping charges and tax shall be included in the line item pricing of materials. (d) Materials and equipment shall be delivered to: 437th Aerial Port Squadron C/O Export Services 113 S.
