- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contractor to provide all necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform safe, reliable and dedicated shuttle bus services for the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, Arkansas. The contractor shall provide all drivers and motor vehicles required to meet the requirements of the contract. Requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Solicitation to be available on or about August 11, 2010. No electronic offers will be accepted. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be submitted via email (laura.watts@va.gov). Closing date for submission of proposals will be approximately 15 days following date of issue, 3:00pm.
