- The items to procure are: PN DMT340, Monitor remote dew point kit w/ sensor/alarm relay module; PN NLM8000, Filter non-lube module 150PSI, nirvana cycling refrigerated air dryer 8 inlet and outlet; PN NVC8000, Dryer nirvana cycling refrigerated air dryer air cooled max, operating press-220 PSID, CFM 8000, electrical supply V/PH/60 460/3/60 117 amps, Refg. R-134A; PN R225NE, Compressor 300 H.P. 2-stage rotary screw air model: VSD controlled blower-coolant conditioner, air cooled after-cooler, 3 micron air filter, 460V, electronic no-loss drain. Requirements are 1 each for all four items. FOB Destination. Estimated issue date is 18 August 2010. Under the authority of 6.302 the Government intends to procure Ingersoll-Rand products only. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
