Description

Delineated Area Map The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Custer County Office located in Clinton, OK, is interested in leasing approximately 7400 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6550 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 6875 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. The site must be capable of providing a minimum of 50 hard surface parking spaces (15 secured by fence) with adequate turn around or pull through for trucks pulling trailers. To be considered, office location must be accessible by hard surface maintained roads within or fronting the boundaries of Rail Road Tracks and East 1030 Road/Dougherty Ave on the North, Glenn Smith Road on the East, East Commerce Street on the South, and 28th Street and Rail Road Tracks on the West. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by June 1, 2011.
