Question#2: Are we on your list to receive the test data to be recorded? Is there anything else we need to do to be on the list to receive the test data? LOC Response: All vendor proposals to the solicitation will be evaluated for completeness and technical acceptability (meeting all of the mandatory requirements listed in the RFP). Only those vendors that pass the evaluation will receive the test data. Question#3: When should we expect to receive the test data? LOC Response: It is hoped that the evaluations will be completed the week of August 23, with the test data to be made available shortly there after. Question#4: By what date must the RFQ response be submitted? LOC Response: Offers are to by submitted by August 24, 2010 5:oo PM EST. Question#5: Can the RFQ response be submitted to you as a PDF attached to an email (rather than as a paper document couriered by FedEx)? LOC Response: Yes Question#6: Is the new RFQ reference number LCLSC10R0100? If not, what is the current number for the RFQ? LOC Response: Yes, the new RFQ reference number is LCLSC10R0100 Question#7: When the previous one (QS-LCLSC10R0066) was cancelled, there was a note that it would be replaced with one containing more detailed technical specifications. However, on review this new one seems to be exactly the same as the previous one? Am I missing something, or was that intentional? LOC Response: Minor changes to the RFP were made as a result of questions raised by vendors to the first RFP. The technical specifications portion was determined to be acceptable for the purposes of this solicitation, so it was not changed.
