Description

Please note that FA8625-10-R-6591 is the updated solicitation number to FA8625-10-R-0000. C-130 Avionics Modernization Program (AMP) Background The C-130 AMP acquisition is a Major Defense Acquisition procurement that will replace aging avionics in C-130 aircraft in order to lower the cost of ownership and increase platform survivability in response to Master Plan and Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) requirements. C-130 AMP Source Familiarization Program (SFP) Background The C-130 AMP SFP is designed to improve competitive options for C-130 AMP Full Rate Production (FRP) by providing AMP system overview and installation familiarization training, specific AMP hardware (i.e. modification kits, install tools and support equipment), and associated AMP installation data. The purpose of this announcement is to provide the updated solicitation number to industry. The solicitation number has been changed from FA8625-10-R-0000 to FA8625-10-R-6591.
