Fabrication of high resistivity (111) silicon membrane with SOI wafers, 12 specialty (111) on (100) SOI wafers are evenly split between 20um thick device layer and 5um thick device layer. Item 1: Specialty (111)/(100) SOI wafers SOI wafer diameter: 100mm Device layer: (111) FZ silicon with >10,000 Ohm-cm resistivity thickness of 20um and 5um (see note below) ±0.5um BOX: 1000A Handle wafer: P type (100) silicon with 1-30 Ohm-cm resistivity, 300um (±10) thickness Qty: 12 (6 with 20um device layer, and the remaining 6 with 5um device layer) Item 2: Silicon membrane device fabrication Window: 5x5mm (±0.1), 20um (±0.5) thickness high resistivity (111) silicon Frame: 10x10mm (±0.2), 300um (±10) thickness (100) silicon with 1-30 Ohm-cm resistivity Number of devices to be delivered: 20. 12 units total.
