- SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number FA3300-10-T-0037 for "Science of Flight" Student Textbook (w/CD affixed containing electronic version of textbook) and Science of Flight" Instructor Guide (w/CD/DVD affixed containing electronic version of Instructor Guide, PowerPoint slides for each lesson, and test bank.) are being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 (02 Aug 2010), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20100623 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2010-0402. It is the offeror’s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is full and open competition. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 51113 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please complete the attached SOLICITATION
