Skari Contracting Officer Cc: file STATEMENT OF WORK The United States District Court, U.S. Probation, and U.S. Pretrial Services Office (hereinafter The U.S. Court) are soliciting quotes via this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the selected vendor to provide 105 monitor arms, including shipping, as well as costs for the installation of 97 of the arms and monitors, including drilling some grommet holes. All monitor arms must have up/down, back/forth, and tilt options and should be able to be adjusted quickly and easily. All monitors must have built-in cord management; be able to be mounted by grommet or clamp; and should be able to support a weight from 7 - 20 pounds. Monitor arm extension must be a minimum of 24 inches, have the ability to fold back on itself to free up work space, and the height adjustment should be 3 to 20 degrees. Monitor arms with the ability to move from landscape to portrait are preferred. All arms should have a long-lasting spring mechanism to give height adjustability along with depth adjustability and a mechanism to easily provide the right amount of tension. All monitor arms quoted should be dual monitor arms, with the ability to be either single or dual. The U.S. Court requires that twelve of the monitor arms be of a type where the arm contains a crossbar onto which two separate monitors can be mounted so that both monitors move in an up/down and back/forth motion simultaneously. These twelve arms should include a Fine-Tune adjustor so that they are able to line up perfectly for easy viewing and a smooth aesthetic. The U.S. Court further requires that the vendor perform the work of mounting the monitor arms on the desks of staff, as well as attaching the monitors on the arms. We have a total of five locations, addresses shown below, where the installations will take place. I have indicated the number of monitors arms and monitors to be installed in each location. Some of these installations will require drilling grommet holes into existing desks in order to accommodate the attachment of the monitor arms through the grommets. Please note: the Everett, Seattle, Tacoma, and Vancouver locations have only paid parking available.
