THIS MODIFICATION HEREBY REPLACES THE WORDING IN THE ORIGINAL SECTION 1 and PREVIOUSLY MODIFIED SECTION 5'S LAST 2 SENTENCES: *** CORRECTED SECTION 1: 1. The proposed procurement is Unrestricted. NAICS Code: 541330, Size Standard is $4.5 M. The type of contract is Firm Fixed Price. Total contract term is five (5) year ordering period, and the total Contract value Will Not Exceed $9.5M. The contract minimum guaranteed amount is the amount for the first task order, which will be at least $10K. The Indefinite Delivery Contract will be awarded in support of the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers and can be used through the North Atlantic Division. *** AND FROM THE END OF SECTION 5: Subcontracting goals for the Baltimore District: 70% to Small Business, of which: 6.2% to Small Disadvantaged Business, 7.0% to Woman-Owned Small Business, 9.8% to Hubzone Business, 3.0% Veteran-Owned Small Business and 0.9% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
