- The U. S. Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), 401 14th Street, SW, Room 459, Washington, DC 20227 intends to award a sole source purchase order to C. V. Carlson Company, Inc, 4585 Graphic Dr, White Plains, MD 20695 for Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning services. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The intended purchase order is being conducted on a sole source basis due to required compliance with pre-existing lease terms in effect at the FMS facility in Hyattsville, MD. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within five days after the date of publication of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
