- Statement of Work The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for: The firm fixed price contract line item numbers will be as follows: CLIN 0001 - P3 COP DVR FABRICATION/INSTALLATION, QTY 1 LOT To include 5 days of TDY that includes two trips, labor charges, and material charges NAWCAD intends to negotiate solely with Eagle Systems Incorporated the above requirements with an anticipated award date of 30 Aug 2010. The DVR provides a video recording capability for the ASX-6 Multi-Mode Imaging System. It interfaces with the ASXd Master Control Box, Monitor, and DVR Control Box Interface Control Devices and with the IAT AIC-22 Intercommunication Systems (ICS), and the CP-2044 Central Computer. It must be installed such that it is fordfit compatible with the IAT AAS-36 Infrared Detecting Systems (IRDS) and ASXd electronic systems. The wiring installation must be consistent with IAT wire routing paths and comply with EM1 specifications. Eagle Systems, Inc. has participated in logistics planning, technical coordination, validation/verification and implementation efforts of the DVR installation into the IAT. Their further involvement will ensure optimum systems integration and functional compatibility of crucial IAT DVR components. It also ensures wiring schematics, IAT mainframe diagrams, and supporting technical documentation complies with unique CNATTU configuration management requirements. Delivery period of performance will be 30 Aug 2010 to 31 Jan 2011 at two different locations NAS Whitbey Island, WA NAS Jacksonville, FL All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement will consider all capabilities statements received. Technical capability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision. Therefore, it is incumbent on the interested party to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis for this service based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
