- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Pacific Civil and Structural Consultants, LLC; W91238-10-D-0016-0001-Napa River Flood Protection Project This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved as this is a follow-on order to a competitive initial order (FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) or 16.505(b)(2)(iii). Task 1 Construction Phase Services. The A-E shall provide engineering construction phase services support to the Corps. The A-E shall provide an estimated 2,800 hours of construction phase services support to the Corps, including services related to all disciplines included in the original design, including civil, structural, landscape, electrical, biotechnical bank and bed protection, hydraulic, environmental, etc. This shall consist of providing support services as directed and approved by the Corps and may include such services as attending site visits; inspections previous, during, or subsequent to construction work; meeting attendance as requested; review of construction submittals, schedules, test date, as-built plans, and other documents; general coordination with Corps, Contractor, and stakeholders as requested; review and responding to requests for information (RFIs) from the construction contractor; and preparation of design revisions in support of contract modifications for work not associated with any errors and omissions. Work required due to errors or omissions (RFI reviews/responses, design modifications, etc.), as determined by Corps, shall be performed with no additional charge to the Government. As directed, the A-E shall incorporate changes on the original drawings, and submit hardcopy, pdf files, and CADD drawings when requested. In addition, the A-E shall incorporate changes (if deemed necessary by Corps) in the specifications and on the submittal registers and submit one copy in SPECSINTACT format on a disk or CD labeled with the project title, location, and construction contract number. Optional Task 1 Construction Phase Services. This Optional Task shall provide an additional estimated 200 hours of construction phase engineering services as described in Task 1 above. This Optional Task may be exercised up to 5 times within the period of performance of this statement of work.
