RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER SXHT 10-1017A, Repair/Replace roof systems on BLDGs 415, 425, 628, 700, 993, and 402. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY IMPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE FOR THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. 45 CONS/LGCA has a requirement to repair/replace roof systems on BLDGs415,425, 628, 700, 993, 917 and 402 and additional work at Patrick AFB FL. Project No SXHT 10-1017A. Period of performance 300 calendar days after date of award. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS Code 238160. Size Standard is $14M.
