- For line item 7, it should be a total of 5000 feet of cable. 5 runs at 1000 feet each. 1) scope of work and details of the actual installation A) provide the following products and services under this proposal: " Provide and install five (5) additional cameras and one (1) additional monitor. -- One (1) pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera will be mounted on the southeast fence. Provide and install the camera, camera pole and field distribution box (FDB). (McChord AFB will install the conduit from the FDB to one of the three buildings, see below under Collateral Support). -- One (1) PTZ camera will be located on the southeast roof of Building 852. This camera will be installed on the corner of the building near the roof level. -- One (1) fixed camera will be mounted in a manner to monitor the south door to Building 852. -- Two (2) fixed cameras will be mounted in a manner to monitor the north and south doors to Building 853. -- One (1) monitor will be installed in Building 853 to monitor all cameras tied to the WADS matrix switch either at once in a matrix view or each camera individually. A CCTV keyboard is included for the ability to select multiple camera views from that location. " Integrate the new cameras into the WADS CCTV system DVR and the 62nd AW/SF Law Enforcement Desk. " Install fiber between the CCTV communications room of Building 852 and the CCTV monitoring location in Building 853. " Install fiber between the southeast fence camera and Building 852 CCTV communications room. " Replace the existing 6-monitor output matrix switch with a 16-output matrix switch to allow for the expansion of the additional monitors. " Provide additional multiplexer, surge units and DVR expander to support the additional cameras. The multiplexer and surge devices will be installed in the existing camera rack located in the camera communications room of Building 852. " Install a manual lockdown button/switch for the three doors on the operations floor (3rd floor). The single switch will lock down all three doors at the same time. " Provide the 120VAC electrical circuit and the conduit between the breaker panel and the Infraguard panel. " Perform a contractor verification test and provide a written report of the test results. " Provide an updated As-Built CCTV riser to reflect the additions\changes to the existing CCTV system. 2) installation schedule & working hours (standard business hours, after hours, weekends, etc.) A) The minimum delivery period for system installations is 90 days from acceptance of the purchase order. 4) Stand alone installation or does the equipment need to interface with existing video management system? A) This is not a stand-alone system. This install must work/be compatible with our current Advantor system. 5) project deliverables A) At the end of this project, the install should provide five new working video cameras that are compatible with our current Advantor system.
