- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration currently occupies 3,730 rentable square feet or 3,310 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space in Lords Valley, PA. The Government intends to exercise an eight (8) year renewal option at the current location. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include costs of all tenant improvements, the physical move, move coordination, telecommunications costs, security costs, etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. The Government requires approximately 3,730 rentable square feet of space, which must be contiguous. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. The term is eight years (8) with termination rights in whole by the Government. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 30, 2010. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST submitted by brokers/agents shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot in Rentable and ANSI/BOMA 3. Common area factor for available space 4. Written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
