Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Note: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island is NOT accepting quotes or proposals via submission through NECO. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island intends to purchase Germane workstations as follows: Model 71739-03, P/N GS1390-LM01 (qty. 2); Model 71741-03, P/N GS1390-LM04 (qty. 20); Model 71742-03, P/N GS1390-LM01 (qty. 17); Model 73112-01, P/N GS1385i-LM-06 (qty. 3); Model 73113-01, P/N GS1385i-LM07 (qty. 17); Model 71727-02, P/N GS3410-LM14 (qty. 7); Model 71846-03, P/N GS3410-LM16 (qty. 6) to support AN/SQQ89 ACB-09 and ACB-11 platforms. Specifically, the items procured will be used within the ACB-09/11 Sonar Processing Suite currently being used by NUWCDIVNPT ™s Land Based Integration and Test Site. The required hardware must be identical to the hardware contained in equipment units previously provided for AN/SQQ-89 shipboard installations. Sole make/model is required. No substitutes shall be accepted. A firm fixed price type purchase order is anticipated. NAICS Code 334111, Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. Further details will be provided in Solicitation #N66604-10-Q-4551, which is anticipated to be released on or about 08/19/10. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the websites. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance. Required delivery is 3 months ARO or sooner, F.O.B.
