Question #2: Will the Social Security Administration provide to the Contractor a pre-survey of / or pre-register of it's personnel as to the exact number of personnel accepting the Influenza Inoculations and before Vaccine supply is ordered as to prevent purchase of excess doses and or waste of materials and supplies in an effort to control inventory needs and or monetary lost. Answer #2: See above for a partial answer. We have a list of individuals, however, they may accept or decline to receive the inoculations. It is their choice. The 700 figure is only an estimate. "This is a multi shift facility and therefore multiple clinics shall be required to fulfill the requirement." Question #3: What are the days and start and end time of operations of the first shift?
