- Notice to Offerors PWS Solicitation The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and all other items necessary to provide service of Installation of AC Power and Miscellaneous Comm. Connections to Facilitate the Installation of a RFID System at 8 Buildings at Sagamihara General Depot, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. And all other items and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions, and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
