- Elk Creek Campground Group Shelter: This project requires construction of a 40 x 80 foot group shelter at the Elk Creek Campground near Elk River, Idaho. The shelter will include concrete floor and foundation, heavy timber construction, roofing, construction staking, site leveling, and grading of building pad. The project is located approximately 1 mile northeast of Elk River, Idaho at milepost 51 of State Highway 8. From Elk River travel approximately 1 mile on Forest Road 382 and then on Road 3311 to the Elk Creek Campground. It is estimated that work may begin on September 30, 2010. All work must be completed by November 30, 2010. Estimated price range is betwen $100,000 and $250,000.
