- This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office, Leavenworth, KS, intends to negotiate a sole source contract to Planetree, Inc. for Advisory and Assistance services in the Plantree model of patient-centered care at the Kansas City, MO VAMC. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source (except brand name). A base year and two (2) option years are contemplated. Anticipated date of award is September 1, 2010.
